After years as a teacher and implementing coaching and NLP strategies in to the class with great effect, Leysa decided to leave and set up her own company in personal, professional and business development for adults. Alongside this, in her capacity as a Specialist Leader in Education, she continued to train teachers to up-skill their teaching abilities to reach outstanding, as well as working as an educational consultant in both London and Berkshire schools.
She recognised many years ago that it was important to educate our children in skills rather than just content. This honed her ability to teach: thinking skills, clear communication in all areas such as presentational and written skills, how to apply knowledge and link it with other experiences and the ability to be creative, analytical and evaluative, amongst many others.
From this experience, she realised that confidence and self-belief were essential criteria if people were to succeed. As an extension, she noticed that many adults were not achieving their own potential as they were littered with limiting beliefs that held them back. Fed up of reports, homework, marking and Ofsted, Leysa decided to take the leap of faith and apply this learning to support adults make changes. She got to keep all the fun parts of teaching and discard all the parts of the job that dulled her own creativity.
Leysa first embarked on her own personal development exploration over 20 years ago and relishes in the fact that there is always more to learn. We all have something to teach; it is just a shame that we are very rarely heard.
She has now combined the two disciplines and developed Kreative Futures Ltd as a means to offer creative, fun and exciting courses.
Qualifications: BSc (Hons) Environmental Science, Post Graduate Certificate in Education, Law Degree, Masters in Environmental Law and Policy, Master Practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Personal Development Coach and Small Business Coach. CPD in Neuroscience, Retirement Coaching and Financial Coaching.

What is Aura Soma
The best way to explain it is in Dominic's own words:
A tool for personal growth and life change
"Behind the beauty of the Aura-Soma products is a deeper purpose: our colour choices reveal our inner themes and gifts. The principle range of Aura-Soma is a sequence of colour combination bottles called Equilibrium. These bottles offer a mirror in which to recognise our needs, our truth and our potential. Choosing bottles from this range is a way to bring light and understanding to what is important to you. Your choice will also indicate which other Aura-Soma products will be most appropriate and helpful for you at this time. This is especially so when your choice is made and explored with a skilled Aura-Soma Practitioner. It is this ability of Aura-Soma to bring awareness through colour to our life’s situations that is the primary purpose of the system. With awareness can come new choices, growth and change."

She tells tales using the voice, imagination and physical motion to communicate our experiences, past and present, imagined and true, in a public forum.
